CUSTOM ORDER CONSULTATION

Request a 30 min consultation with me, virtual or in person to discuss your needs. You can use this time to inquire about custom pieces, request alterations or repairs, etc. During this time I will also take your measurements if needed. 

After purchasing the consultation an email will be sent to you with information on how you can schedule your consultation through "calendly". When you receive the scheduling email please choose a date that works best for you.

We understand that sometimes things do happen in life and that you may need to reschedule. In those situations please request to reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment via email at shophoyangpoon@gmail.com. Any reschedule requested made less than 24 hours before your appointment may not be accommodated for and you will have to repurchase you custom order consultation.

The $15 is non-refundable but will be go towards the service total.
